Ich bin eine Berliner February 1998 The prestigious International Film festival of Berlin (second best movie event after Cannes) made a tribute to Catherine Deneuve. She has received a Lifetime Achievement Golden Bear. Deneuve was awarded (best actress) in Berlin for Polanski's Repulsion in 1965. Last year, her more recent movie, Genealogies of a crime has been "silver-beared". Deneuve was welcomed as a true star, eclipsed some americans like De Niro or Damon. Press Conference of Berlin
